Business Development Director

From serving as a shareholder in an international company to co-founding an advertising agency, Michael has developed a broad perspective on customer psychology, business operations, and how ideas move from concept to execution. He is also an author, bringing a thoughtful written dimension to his work.
As Business Development Director at Garner Agency, Michael helps shape partnerships, identify opportunities, and strengthen how the company presents its capabilities. He also plays an active role in consulting engagements, helping lead discovery, document current and desired business processes, identify gaps and dependencies, and translate operational realities into clear requirements that support strategy, technology decisions, and implementation roadmaps.
Michael has also helped position SyndSync, Garner’s SaaS integration platform, for market growth and spearheaded its recognition as the SmartTech 2025 Innovator of the Year.
Earlier in his career, Michael worked as a custom clothier, where intentional listening, attention to detail, and understanding the power of presentation were essential. His mostly solo travels across 23 countries, often navigating unfamiliar places without a shared language, deepened his understanding of culture and human behavior while strengthening his adaptability and resourcefulness.
